The Seller says it is Open Box , never used , but He never turned it on , because it is burned , The Technician says it is the Transformer and the cost to fix it is $ 75 , so , it is not worth fixing it when new ones cost $ 50 ,,and for that reason The Seller says , No Return , For Me , The Seller is not Honest and Unreliable .
