  AVOID THIS SELLER at all costs! He overcharges on shipping fee's & keeps the difference for himself, despite eBay ruling against him. Unbelievably arrogant, massive attitude and full of himself, then says you are "harassing, insulting and threatening" him. Says he overcharges because "he can't get labels and things on his phone" and that because you bought an item he was selling, "you knew what the shipping amount was." He has no ethics at all, and wants to "burn my purchase on his front lawn."

  Buyer agreed to pay $16.00 shipping fee, as stated in add. $16.00 shipping NOT ACTAUL SHIPPING COST Yes eBay siad he could return item for full refund.....BUT HE NEVER DID..... Seems he was just looking for a discount. I'm glad I stood my ground on this and didn't give in to his threats. He knew the shipping cost when he bid. All this over $2.75 it's just crazy.
