The adjustable holes do not work
I thought it was a great concept, but when I try and turn the top to the different holes, it does not flow smoothly and is almost to the point where you feel it is going to break the plastic threads right off of it and render the whole thing inoperable. I can only leave it on one setting because of this, and for that, I could have just bought a cheap set without adjustable holes.

Supreme 90 day is amazing
These fitness DVDs are amazing! They're easy to follow along and also you can modify some of the harder exercises to suit your fitness goals. I had an injury and ha e a hard time doing some of the exercises right now, but I am working hard to get up to doing them all. Great product!!! I would highly recommend getting these!!!
