Mint Jaguar MK2 number plate plinth
1 of 1 found this helpful These are now as rare as hen's teeth and were made of a low grade alloy and then chromed. They are notorious for pock-marking and little craters as the alloy deteriorates and the chrome comes away.
This one is new old stock, has never been on a car and is therefore in mint condition.
A Jaguar exhibitor at the recent Trafford Centre classic car show told me that he had a pock-marked one repaired together with both tail light plinths which are also prone to deterioration. The whole lot cost him £1000, so when a new old stock plinth like this comes up for sale at £150 it's a no-brainer.
Now, any one out there got a couple of new old stock tail light plinths for sale?

Faller curved viaduct
The kit is well packaged and the plastic components are robust not flimsy. They fit with precise location and no miss match in the walls etc
