Once I informed the seller that it hadn't arrived they got on quickly to resolve it. And it arrived within a couple days afterwards and is a really good quality product. I would say packaging needs a bit of work though. As it was just wrapped in a plastic bag with some tape wrapped round the handle. The bag with the address on it was have torn due to no protection from the tools blade.
