  On the 4th June I ordered my stick by the 15th it had not arrived saying it had been damaged in transit ,how you damage a walking stick which has a metal handle is beyond me so seeing i got no other correspondence which i thought was very ignorant and unprofessional ,so reluctantly I ordered another stick which came in 4days undamaged may i add,seeing the stick was£19.99 i tried to break it myself but it was utterly impossible to do ,so why lie needless to say i will never use EVRI again
