Medium quality, good for price, but with major flaw
quality is ok. in other words, it's good for the money.
Tree has one major flaw. there is a place on large top panel from where it's very hard for cat to get down. It's very easy to slip and fall, no matter how brave or strong cat is). I had to edit the tree a bit (attached extra plate) to avoid the injuries of the cat.
