  There's nothing wrong with a product or the service that I received from the gentleman involved. The delivery time was handled by Royal Mail. I've only just received the item literally came through the letter box yesterday afternoon might I suggest that Royal Mail sort themselves out. Your level of service is absolutely disgusting in some cases. Perhaps next time they can actually Drive one of their vans to him so as he can have it collected maybe that might be worth thinking about.
