    We had a bit of a problem with the power pack they sold me. It had a sticky on and off . Sometimes I couldn’t get it turn on at one stage. Informed the seller what the problem was. Replied swiftly. They asked for some pictures showing on/off button. Then informed to keep the one I have and would issue a full refund. Customer care fab.
