PRICEY BUT PRACTICAL
Probably one of my most "un-exciting" purchases....but then it's not needed for enjoyment.
This plastic moulded-to-perfection cover, made from Ploycarbonate - simply keeps off the dust and protects the controller, whilst not spoiling the looks and making your keyboard look cheap.
Costing just under £40, it's worth it - better than a flimsy, cheap, canvas style of cover that dosn't fit right.

Best Controller but wrong key choice?
Read so many reviews & many video's about this controller. Decided to plummed for the 25 Key version.
Shipping with the Komplete 11 Select version bundle - it was more than enough for my personal usage. Took quite a while to install the 10 included instrument & effects softwarem. Definatly worth installing to a separate external hardrive (25+ gigs i think)?
Had a few problems at first getting it all hooked up with my Fl Studio software.
Once I corrected everything up was up & running.
The looks, design and feel of the keyboard is amazing. Keys are almost perfectly created for a nice sensitive, natural playing feel. Can be adjusted in some settings though.
Overall I'm delighted with my purchase. My own personal opinion is that I wish I saved up for the 49 key version - just my personal feel for the need of extra octaves, although you can simply press the octave +/- buttons.
Definatly sticking with the Native Instruments crew & hope to buy the Maschine sequencer kit one day soon.

Big storage but performs poorly.
Firstly I expected it to be quieter. Whilst writing data you click hear it making the soft clicking and whining noises. The other negative that my Windows PC does not like booting up with the hard drive plugged in. It takes forever - but as soon as I reluctantly unplug it, my desktop appears?
Maybe it's another issue or I'm not doing something within the star-up bios.
Another negative is that If I havn't used the drive for say 20mins or more, it seems to go to sleep and I have to wait a minute nearly for it to waken. Anyone have any solutions or ideas to my problems?
Don't usually have this problem with other drives. I realise SSD's are quicker and process no noise, but this was cheaper and had a bigger storage capacity.
So all-in-all - not that impresses!!
