  Good quality items however original items didn’t arrive and it had been over a week. The seller offered to issue a replacement however I iust wanted a refund by this time so I could purchase from elsewhere. The seller did not issue a refund despite my wishes and sent out a replacement.

  Do not buy from this seller! The item I purchased was out of stock but they still had it listed, and rather then informing me or cancelling the purchase, they sent a DIFFERENT item (despite even writing on the packaging that it was the correct item). Once I contacted them after receiving it, they offered a partial refund then ignored me when I asked for them to send a free returns label or refund me.

  Item I ordered did not match the picture provided.I specifically ordered this item as I preferred clip in slider toe nail cutters. The photo being advertised showed these clippers to be clip in slider. However what I received was a screw in type.Having messaged them and provided photo proof their response was indifferent and all they offered was a reduction for an item I clearly did not want. The point being you should not provide photos of an item that you clearly were not going to provide.
