IFAK Pouch
A good size pouch for a IFAK.
The fact that you can take it of and put it on the ground while working with the patient makes the process so much easier.
The size is perfect for my needs for first response and it's still small enough so it wont be in the way while doing my job.

A lot for the money.
I'm not going to say it's the perfect radio but if you look at what you get for the money it's hard to beat.
The radio works well under normal conditions, not as simple as some other radios but once you get to know it there is no problems.
Needs to be programmed but if you do that through the computer it's fast and easy, the programming cable is cheap and well worth getting.
If you need a waterproof radio this is not the one to get, although I have found that a simple plastic bag can solve that problem (if it's raining).
There are better radios around but I can buy between five and ten UV-82's for what a single one of them, and in my case it's not worth spending that money.
A good radio that works well, and if it breaks it's not the end of the world getting a new one for $35-$45....

Good replacement!
Just as good as the original, if not better. And a better price as well.
