  Great price, quick delivery, good communication. Excellent seller, have favourited them. Will be buying from again, I'm sure. Brand new. The saw came in the original Dewalt packaging and the charger and battery in the case. Glad I bought the case too. Everything looks mint. Even with the battery this saw is still a lot lighter than the Erbauer I've been used to. Will make life easier for sure.

  DPD have let you down they had me waiting in an empty industrial estate due to an 1800-1900hrs delivery slot (to a business address!!?) then messaged to say they wouldn’t deliver then said I wasn’t there. Skip to today, they leave my package out in a car park (no attempt to see anyone). The package has been partially opened and the inner packaging has been badly damaged (please see pics below)….i will inspect tonight when home!!

  I recently bought a hammer drill from them and was very pleased. I was pleased not only with the quality of the product, but also with their simple human attitude. I contacted them with several questions, and they were always in touch. Even after I received the product, I asked them to send me a receipt, and they sent me one in a separate letter. I will be buying from them again in the future.
