I am a 'Fan' of this!
Unpack the box and lay out all the pieces, and don't panic, there might seem a lot, but if you take your time you will get them all fitted together! First job is to make sure the support in your ceiling is strong enough to support this Fan - it is not light! then follow the instructions for assembling the bits - one word of advice though. If you have usual domestic light fitting where the wires come through the ceiling into a multi terminal junction box, think about moving this into the roof space before fitting the light - then you will just have 3 wires to play with and a bit more room in the fitting. For some of the assembly it might be useful to have 2 people working together to ensure wires are neatly fitted inside when screwing sections together etc. But the finished item is worth the work - works well, not too loud, easy to operate and plenty of adjustment on the light fittings too.

Sort of Does the job!
Easy enough to assemble, but be prepared, you need a couple of spanners and a phillips screwdriver in order to put together. Grips will not suit newer wide section alloy or carbon road bikes, but okay for standard round profile types. Really not the best for moving more than 2 bikes as all are a bit squashed together, and no way of stopping bikes swinging, so you have to be very careful of pedals banging into car bodywork.
Excellent tip if you use it for one bike only - move one of the rubber grips onto the vertical tube of the frame to provide a handy padded grip to slot your pedal into - then secure with bungee or similar to ensure bike does not move at all.
When properly secured is stable up to 70mph with no major noise or movement - tested over 130 mile journey and no need for adjustments.
