Seller gave a partial refund for the broken bulbs so reasonably happy with the purchase and have ordered some more now. Hoping the next ones are wrapped more securely.

Due to miss management of Royal mail I did not receive the parcel but it was showing the item has been delivered. However as soon as I have contacted the seller they have refunded my money. However after few weeks later Royal mail delivered the parcel to my address. I asked the seller to charge me but as they only receive payment through PayPal they did not charge me for the late delivery parcel.

They were very helpful and spent a lot of time trying to resolve the missing item, which was not their fault. They had tracking. They couldn't have been more helpful.
