Handy for Trout Drift Boats!
Most fiberglass trout drift boats have no reinforced gunnel to attach standard rod holder brackets but do have a 7/8 or 1" handrail down both sides of the boat. This bracket is easy to install and works fairly well. It does seem to run out of tightening room with the set screw allowing the bracket to slip slightly under heavier rod pull. Thus is why I rated it a 4 instead of a 5. I took the brackets off and added a couple of raps of sticky duct tape to the handrails then reinstalled the brackets. That fixed the slipping issue. Could be my handrails are slightly under 7/8" and you won't have this problem.

Easy peasy
Can't get any easier. I used on PEX to old cpvc. Make sure end are cut square and deburred. Push in to refusal and your done. Where were these 20 yrs ago? Expensive but can be rotated wo leaking to match up with existing pipe angle or make right angle swings to match your needs. Buy the inexpensive removal tool matching size of your connector just in case you need to change your run plans.

Not worthy of Cabelas name
I had high hopes for these since Cabelas put their name on the package. Not to be! 1/2 of the 24 do not swivel without force. Rough ball bearings? Paint or slag in the bearing race? Also, these have a 60+ plus pound rating. The size of the wire does not pass the smell test for that rating. The Pline cross lock swivels i usually use were not available at this 60+ pound rating so i gave these a try because... they much less expensive. Well, the old saying " You get what you pay for" came and hit me in the kisser. I don't recommend these for the serious fisherman.
