  *AVOID* Case Opened against seller & seller Reported. I ordered a bundle of Pops from the seller & she claimed she had accidentally sent 1 of them to another buyer on Shpock. She ignored my 1st message when I asked her to explain & then made an attempt at trying to intimidate & silence me. She insults you directly & then acts like she's the victim. She says that if you respond to her messages then you'll be reported. Seller is unhelpful, sanctimonious & believes scare tactics work. They don't. F

  The buyer was offered various different solutions to an honest mistake that I owned up to straight away. The buyer was threatening and abusive in his messages to me. I sought advice from eBay who agreed I had done the right thing and acted professionally. When the buyer didn’t get what he wanted he requested a return. Something I offered to him at the very beginning. His messages became more abusive and arrogant so he has been reported to eBay and a request put in to remove this feedback.

  I was offered no different solutions.. The seller ignored my initial response. She eventually told me she would contact the buyer from Shpock, then disappeared. The seller tries to play a victim, but fails due to threatening messages they've sent to me. eBay are giving me my money back & the seller is trying to stop a refund even though I'm returning the items. I was never offered a return at the beginning. I'll make sure this feedback stays where it belongs. Seller was reported. She lies A LOT,
