Lecithin granules.
I take lecithin granules, as a vegetarian the capsules are unsuitable due to gelatin. I find Optima lecethin granules taste really nice, I tried another brand and was disappointed, only Optima taste so good, I would reccomend them.

A good bin.
A very good bin, a good capacity without using too much floor space. I like the company, very good speed of delivery and a very fsir price for a good bin.
