Had I known about the required signature, for an item less than $250, I would NOT have bought the item. Signing for this item value & on short notice shipping change is why I leave this feedback rating!

They Don't Care About Us
This documentary is very informative. Having been employed by several corporations, it is easy to see the tactics used to further pollute the population with unhealthy food in the name of the almighty D.O.L.L.A.R. This documentary will not leave you hanging by only introducing problems. It also gives you a solution by using the example of the tobacco industry's downfall. In the end, the documentary will show you that you vote for how your food is produced by your purchases. Great video to watch for everyone who eats food.

Plain, Simple and Powerful
Everyone should read this book. It is a must for those who have health related issues, as well as those who want improve their current health condition. Joel Fuhrman provides a complete understanding of why everyone should learn more about their diets and how they affect their quality of life. He explains how the diet promoted by the commercial food industries provide little, if any nutritional value. This book among, others written by Joel Furhman is a "must read" for anyone who is serious about their health.
