Battery would not take a charge

Someone should have tested these batteries before mailing them out to customers. I purchased the twin pack of batteries for the worx blower, 3.0Ah. Both worked initially. One of them, after I depleted the battery, would not even take a charge. I am using the worx battery charger. The other battery is not any more powerful nor does it last longer than the 2.0Ah that came with the worx blower. It does take a recharge however. I haven't had the batteries very long so not sure how long the second one will continue to work. I want to return them and purchase a true worx battery that I can count on. It would have been a great value if both batteries functioned properly. Thank you.
