The tool works fine, even though the box was very beaten up. I have NOT revised my opinion of Ground Advantage handling, but the seller couldn t have known that it was so inappropriate for offshore delivery. The seller deserves top marks, it is USPS that has been found wanting.

The pictures also hide the fact that a critical piece was missing, which makes this tool pretty much unsafe to operate. When I contacted the seller, their first response was "it's not our fault". I understand that, but it IS their responsibility. They promised to look into it and asked me to wait 3 business days. These passed and no response. I attempted to contact them again and never received a response again.
