Awful seller. Item was not packaged correctly and therefore unusable on arrival. When I notified them it took ages for them to respond and when they did I was offered a 40% refund. I would expect a replacement item or full refund.

BUYER BEWARE- Really poor quality. These shoes arrived with the elastic already frayed. Picture sent to seller asking for a refund. They offered 40% of my money back ! I explained that the item was faulty and wanted a full refund. They then offered 60%. I eventually contacted eBay! Very poor quality and even worse customer service.
