Plastic is not the same as basswood/linden. This is made of plastic.

The neck, frets, fretboard are all plastic. If you plan on resetting the neck and getting good tuners for a playable toy, think again. The best you'll get is a prop for a toddler to smash but even then under supervision due to the nut, saddle, strings and tuners being dangerous for a small child. Maybe it would be useful as a wall decoration.
