    This HK Tuner was described as a working unit. It is not. It was was also poorly packed and went missing for several days in shipping. I wrote to the seller, who offered no meaning response. This was a very expensive, failed purchase. A poor seller and bad experience.

    I'm very happy with my backpack. It looks brand new and is very clean in excellent condition and all the zippers work. I've had this exact backpack in the past but they stopped making them. I tried a different brand but had to send it back. After I ordered this on eBay I got a confirmation immediately and the backpack arrived in a box 10 days later. It was good value for money but I thought $20 to ship was a bit steep. I would definitely order from this seller again.
