  Item arrived promptly and was very well packaged so received in exact described condition. Unfortunately the drive was unable to read Blu-Rays, even after cleaning the laser. I contacted the seller who advised it has maybe failed whilst in storage so they issues a full refund and they informed me I could keep the drive as it still functions for CD/DVDs. Cannot ask for a better resolution than that so I can wholeheartedly recommend them as a fantastic seller. 5 stars overall!

  Seller cancelled the order stating they couldn't find the item aftera housemove . They then put the reason for the that cancellation was due to a problem with the delivery address. They managed to find the item to photo and list it !
