  townley46 has decided not to deliver the item as the auction sale price was not high enough. As a buyer with no power to enforce the law for auction sales i agreed to a refund. A refund has not been provided. Nobody wins apart from townley46 who has kept both the item and my cash. eBay loses through severe damage to its reputation.

  Seller refused to honor winning bid as amount not high enough, was rude with responses, and took a lot of work to get a refund. eBay needs to throw sellers like this out, as it could give eBay a bad reputation. The seller should be made to honor the winning bid, not just say NO!!! Just remember, "Judgment day gets us all!!!"
