  Item described as C-9 New. It was clearly used. End of roof walk at one end was bent straight up! Don't think the seller ever got it out of the box to check it out. Seller does not accept returns so I will keep it. Currently have a light weight on the roof walk to try and reshape the end without breaking it off.

  Buyer beware! I purchased an item that seller listed as “New” and said was “brand new”, but it arrived pretty banged up. Seller only offered a 31% refund.

  Sorry for the banged up box as this item was brand new, but i have no control if the post office damages the box it was shipped in. I gave you the choice of keeping the item at a discount or sending the item back for a full refund.
