AVOID THIS SELLER! The seller marked my order as sent, but there was no tracking number. I messaged them, requesting kindly for a tracking number. However, the seller did not reply, I messaged again and receive no response. I had to open up an ‘unreceived item eBay case’ after 7 days. Seller did not respond, so eBay ruled the case in my favour. Now, I have to wait a further 3-5 days for the refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER, YOU WON’T RECEIVE YOUR ITEM!

Customer Service terrible - I ordered this item on 15th September. 24th September I emailed asking why it had not been dispatched with no response from the seller. 25th September I asked to cancel the order. 29th September Reply - Declined as should receive order by 20th September!!!!!! (Is that next year 2025?) 1st October I asked for my money back - There has been no communication whatsoever from this seller. 6th October ebay stepped in and refunded my money instantly. Deserves no stars avoid.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Item did not arrived and seller sent a 'silly' patronising automated message that their 'highly trained support staff' were very busy!! what a joke! I sent 4 messages asking for a refund with no rely to any of them. Got eBay to step in and they refunded me. Please read all the negative comments, they all had the same issue. AWFUL NEVER AGAIN!!

Awful eBay store / seller - item was not sent, no communication. I sent a message but got no reply. Eventually I got eBay involved but they then wait 7 days before any further action so time will tell. Hopefully eBay will get their act together and process a full refund. Lots of other eBay users are having issues with this seller, eBay need to close this store /seller down.

Item not received. An email was sent to the seller to which I did not get a satisfactory response, rather a pithy generic email. Item was still not sent so I made a request for a refund which was not responded to. Eventually I had to open a complaint with ebay in order to get my money back. Poor customer service.
