  The item was described as "brand new" yet arrived broken in an old worn box the photos didn't do justice. The seller took days to respond and refused a refund, claiming I'd switched the box somehow! Alarm bells straight away. Unfortunately for the seller, the unique serial number matched perfectly as well as all the areas of box damage. Luckily ebay intervened or I would've taken this further. First time I've ever left negative feedback and unfortunate the seller would do this.
