god send
This block is the business can be adjusted to hold the shape of the panel which makes repairs slightly easier and gets them closer to the original shape of pre damaged panel,
If setting the block on the undamaged side make sure you don't have paper on it like my apprentice didn't,
I'm old enough to remember when body files where what we used like this

beating file
well after returning back to Holland to work and not taking any of my own tools from the uk, I can say with certainty that the sykes bumping file is by fat the best available to buy, plus they do he curved bumping blade still, feels right in the hand not heavy or off balance compared to some of the other types I've used,
when it comes to panel beating tools you'll be hard pressed to get better than sykes pickavant gear, even snap on have discontinued the majority of there good panel beating hammers, thankfully sykes havent

Excellent bit of kit for todays modern repairs, back in the day when I served my time cars where flat and easy to fix,
Now days they have more curves than Penelope Cruz and are neither flat or straight,
These blocks allow for the repair of some of the more awkward shapes and save on time,
Probably the best dust extraction block on the market if used with abranet
