Fairly disappointing history of Owain Glyndwr

Fairly disappointing history of Owain Glyndwr. A fascinating subject for anyone with an interest in Wales, but the writing isn't great, often just quoting chunks of Shakespeare and with long lists of historical figures with no real context. I think I learnt more from the article on Wikipedia

Best iPod Nano case out there

Really like my Proporta Nano Case. It looks good (even though I've never been a big fan of the flip case), protects my iPod, and gives it a little extra bulk, which is always handy when looking for it at the bottom of my bag. I've had no problems charging my iPod or using the headphone jack while the iPod is in the case (which some other reviewers on other sites have commented on) - and if it is a problem you can always flip the iPod around in the case. I would definitely buy again

Great cardio workout

Pleasantly surprised by the Maxi Climber - a simple but effective home cardio workout. I consider myself relatively fit, but am going to have to build up my stamina with this one. It works arms, legs and particularly core. I wouldn't recommend it if you have knee problems, and of all the home climbing systems it's the most lightweight - so occasionally it can tilt backwards when you use it. This can be corrected if you lean forward, or put some weight on the feet, but is worth bearing in mind depending on how much you weight
