Poor service

I purchased this on the understanding it would fit my GoKart golf trolley, it did. But the connections had to be changed on the charger. I connected charger up and within 5 minutes the charger broke. The company were not helpful, would not replace it or sell me another. I purchased another charger from another company and all works well. I would not use this company again.
