  Seller never sent the item and immediately refunded when I inquired about its location. Tracking number shows it never made it to the post office.

  We accidently printed the wrong shipping label and mailed the item to the wrong location. Upon finding out the buyer did not receive the item, we immediately apologized, explained the situation, and issued a full refund.
