Essential for my diet

As somebody on a low carb diabetic diet, i could not live without these. The problems associated with high blood sugar causes so many problems and as a woman, i need very 'specific' help in the probiotic department and not all Probiotics are 'made equally' lol. These Optibac probiotics directly act on Candida and i have found two a day for the last few months, has almost acted as a cure. Quite pricey in the 'probiotic world', but worth every penny to me.
