Seller then tried to make me pay for returns, and only provided a label after I escalated the issue. Package was sent to a UK destination of their choosing, yet they tried to delay refunding me until it was received back in Spain. Got paypal involved and case was ruled in my favor within a day or two. Seller never gave an explanation or apology. Avoid.

The delivery service had two different pages for tracking the parcel; one said that it already arrived and the other that there are more information needed - so it went back to the distribution center and I had to contact GLS
