The seller was negotiable with the price, the item arrived in excellent condition as described. It was very well packaged and secure.The item arrived with a strange version of W11 that was asking for a business email address to setup the machine. This took around 3 hours to resolve, but I blame Microsoft more than the seller. The seller was messaging me trying to help and support with issues, even during their working hours which was great.Communication was great, no issues with the seller.
