He replied with "Take refund you don’t need. Please. I can sell it more money", to which I said no, i wanted a tracking number. Eventually a package arrives containing a cheap Casio watch. I returned the package. They received it and then never refunded the money. I had to contact eBay resolution centre. It was eBay who refunded me, not the seller. It's a complete scam. AVOID.

The items were very securely packed and in great order.My only quibble, is the fact that we ordered a BLUE handset so that we could;distinguish from one which we already have. What arrived was a BLACK one, but we'll keep in anyway. Other than than that a good service.

- e***0 (209)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseThis person is a fraudster, brought an iPhone 11 paid £240 and then the day I’m supposed to pick up I get a message saying the person he uses to send or dispatch the item has cheated him and people are getting Casio watches and batteries !! Even though he knows he still didn’t refund straight away but waited for eBay to step in and do the refund after a WEEK !! No use of this review as people like this will just do another eBay acc in a different name and do the same AGAIN !! Waste of time !!!

No effort to rectify from the seller...was just directed to Ebay to claim money back. Had to go through the returns process and turned out that the automatically generated return address was fake and after a week the watch was returned back to me, further delaying my refund. Will get money back from Ebay eventually but only after I've been £400 out pocket for four weeks. Awful experience and a complete waste of time.
