  BUYER BEWARE Advertised as 6 pieces only 3 arrived. Asked for the rest and then they advised their listing was wrong. They offered 15% refund - while I did not receive 50% of order then "Could I refund you 35%? As the price we offer has been calculated carefully and our profit margin is already very limited, we have lost a lot of money if we refund you such amount." So basically these incorrectly list then expect the buyer to pay to help their company! Thankfully raised with eBay services.

  Very happy with my purchase ....but NOT with the courier..this is the third time that sellers parcels have just been left on our steps, for any one to steal......i have reported this to EVRI and nothing has been done.....please keep this feedback for future reference as your parcels could go missing.There is always a person at my address to take deliverys...there is no excuse for this to happen.

  Arrived quickly, initially shocked at the thin size of the package - about the size of a magazine - and thought I had been sent the wrong item but, upon opening, the acoustic panels 'swell up' to the correct size - a library of magazines lol. Amazing! Have installed the panels and they do the job really well. Very happy with the product and service and will use this seller again - recommended
