  Sadly the item was very poorly packed the parcel wrapping was badly ripped and the building had fallen apart and was squashed. Fixtures such as roofing supports and chimneys were loose in packaging and were squashed flat.

  After receiving all the photos from the buyer the money was refunded. This parcel was in a plastic bag with bubble wrap and wrapped again in brown parcel paper, with brown parcel tape It was in good condition when it was posted, and was squashed by the courier. Hindsight I should have used a box.
