  Ordered trainers for my son for Xmas on the 3rd December. It says 2nd class postage told they would be 3-5 days. They are still to be dispatched, have contacted the seller numerous times and no response. I would rather be told they are not coming so I can order elsewhere. Have also raised this with eBay! Absolutely shocking customer service! Only giving one star as it does not give me the option to leave no stars. Stay well clear, they are clearly trying to scam people!

  These guys are dishonest and miss-selling, claiming shoes are new but sending out obvious factory rejects. I purchased from them once and the trainers they sent had mould marks on both shoes which was very noticeable. Sent them back, eventually got refunded after bad communication. I purchased them again, hoping it was a one off as I really wanted the trainers, but again they sent out another pair with mould marks. Awful customer service and miss-selling- avoid completely.
