  I offered buyer a full refund through eBay's return policy but he refused to use it even though I offered him a full refund, eBay sent him a prepaid shipping label. He said I was being dishonest and continued to accuse me of wrongdoing. He wanted to do it his way keep the trains and have me send him money outside of eBay's return policy. All I wanted to do was make things right, but he refused.
