Not insulated
This item is brilliant at looking the part and I have even gotten a lot of compliments from the 1 event I did with it. However, it’s not insulated so after an hour the water had gone cold. Not ideal when running a busy lunch time catering stall and not being able to use warm water to wash your hands. To have this as part of your set up, you would require a kettle to fill it up with boiling water every hour or so. I’m a one man band so I simply don’t have the time to do that so I will be going back to using my £30 pump action tea urn as that kept the water warm for 8+ hours.
I would keep the product if it didn’t cost almost £200.
I rated it 3 stars as it looks great and will insure a lot of confidence in your customers, but only if it’s managed well and an eye kept on the thermostat with a kettle handy.
