    A beautiful stone, carefully packaged with free postage and as described. There was a delay with the courier so the seller contacted them and offered me a replacement if I didn't want to wait. The seller also put 2 items together for me when I contacted them to say I'd made a mistake with addresses when ordering. Excellent customer service so I would recommend and will definitely buy from them again.

    The item arrived a full week after the sellers indicated delivery window. Whilst quick to respond to messages the communication style was beyond assertive but was not aggressive, nevertheless leaving one feeling uncomfortable. Packaging good. Item as described and fit for purpose, of apparently good quality but not yet tested in use. Putting frustrating delays aside, good value for money.

    This buyer was hassling me for delivery from day 1. Not very nice. I posted the item same day as purchase. Trusted Royal Mail to deliver. They did deliver, but buyer expected Royal Mail to be as fast as Amazon! They are just NOT. Buyers request for dispatch date, even though confirmed, left me feeling uneasy, as I have no control over delivery once I have handed it over to Royal Mail. Beware of this buyer!
