  Seller claimed the item was in "fair" condition. Was shipped in a large box with bubble wrap tossed in. Item was banging around. But it does not even work. The main mechanism is wasted. Not an honest seller. I CANNOT RECOMMEND. not as described at all. Seller never communicated back when I asked a question about the problem either.
