  Unfortunately, part of the deck was damaged in transit by the courier. However, very positive and encouraging discussions between myself and the seller helped in deciding the way forward. The deck will be fully operational again once a replacement part that I managed to source is fitted. Apart from this unfortunate situation, the item sold to me was in a condition exactly described by the seller. My original feedback has now been revised and I recommend this seller to other buyers.

  Upon further investigation and very encouraging discussions with the seller, it has been agreed that this must have damaged in transit. The deck will be fully operational again once a sourced replacement part is fitted. The process to amend my original seller feedback is now ongoing. Therefore, my original feedback marking will not remain as negative and hopefully resolving this issue will be positive for both parties.
