Wow!
Seriously awesome cutting board. It is way to awesome to b relegated to a cabinet. It sits out proudly on the island and people have a fit over it. The meat juice groove is serious, no need to sop up raw chicken juice running off like on other cutting boards. Other cutting boards may be a lot less expensive but this is the kind of cutting board your kids will fight over when u r gone. I’m a die hard BooBoard fan now!

Liquifies taters
I’ve had other slicers that make beautiful potato slices. This one sliced one potato well and then tended to just mangle them into juicy pulp. Peel had been removed prior to attempt to slice. Have only tried it on potatoes thus far but if u r buying it to slice potatoes........don’t.
