Terrible Viewing Capabilities

We have used this on approx 4 occasions so far to watch movies on a portable hard drive. Every single time, the kaiser baas freezes up every 10 minutes or so and the only way to start it again is by going into the settings, rewinding to a minute before it froze and pressing play. It then starts again and is ok for another 10 minutes! Worst product I have ever purchased!!!!
