Easy replacement
Great value, good service.

Too little RAM, but otherwise nice machine
All good. Would prefer more installed RAM, as 32GB is too little for serious storage of hi-res photos etc., and may be a blocker for future Windows 10 Feature updates. Added 32GB micro-SD card as part mitigation.
