Terrible product.

It appeared to be a new device. However, I could never get it to work. After fully charging it, the screen went dark grey. Upon disconnecting it from the charger, the screen went completely black, and it has remained that way to this day. When I tried to connect it with my computer I received a message that the device was "unrecognizable." So, bottom line, when not connected to power source - black screen; when connected to power source - dark grey screen. Terrible, just terrible !
