The wheels arrived damaged, with odd boxes, all different amounts of packaging in them, contacted the seller, and was told they are "brand new wheels" I am not sure how that was supposed to help when they arrived damaged, I Sent pictures and finally was able to return the wheels. After they were returned there was Zero contact from the seller and had to get Ebay to step in for a refund.
